General Terms
It's ok, we get it, we'll take your pedal back if you're certain it's creatively not the right thing for you. So long as you request the return within 30 days of it's arrival at your shipping location and the item is in resalable condition. Just like a pair of shoes, don't wear them outside the house. This only applies for the unit itself, the boxes we can replace. So long as the item returns to us in resalable condition, we don't mind how you box it up or package it, just please make sure it's very safe and doesn't rattle or move around inside!

If your request lands outside of 30 days, we will take it on a case by case basis, we no longer have an obligation to accept it.

 

Returns \\ Repairs \\ Exchanges
- We accept returns of items that are not to taste, but if the buyer has caused damaged to the item in some way, we will only be responsible for repairing them. Shipping at buyer's expense.
- We accept returns or replacements of items that are defective or partially functional upon arrival. Shipping at seller's expense.
- We will accept exchanges for items of equal or lower value. Shipping at buyer's expense.
- Refunds will be full cash refunds, store credit is not possible.
- There are no return admin or processing fees, but cost of shipping is as detailed above.

Please include a copy of your confirmation e-mail or invoice in your returned package showing your name, address, order number and contact information. This can also be handwritten on paper and included in the returned package.
