SHIPPING TIMEFRAME
Usually, we ship the same day or the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or German holidays. Pre-orders will be shipped as soon as they are ready, but this may not be the exact forecasted date and so may take longer than expected. We will inform you should delays be likely. We do apologize in advance if your order experiences any shipping delays.

TRACKING INFORMATION
Tracking information is provided by email after the purchase and the shipment has been booked in with DHL.

LOST PACKAGES
From time to time parcels are lost in the mail. It's incredibly unlikely, but it happens. If you have chosen an insured form of postage then your parcel is ensured directly by DHL and they should refund you the cost price. Please ask us for an invoice should you need one.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
You are responsible for any customs fees, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc that you may incur. It is your responsibility to know what your country charges on electronics imported from Germany. We do not offer refunds on denied shipments due to a lack of unpaid customs fees or items left with customs.

If you are having trouble locating your package, please check the tracking number via your countries postal carrier website. Often, once the package arrives in your country, DHL stops tracking it and hands the tracking over to your country-equivalent DHL. Many times, your local postal carrier will have the address or location where your package is to be picked up and/or where to pay the customs fees.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Send us and the courier a picture of your box immediately and refer to the courier's policy on damaged shipments. Your insurance should cover any damages. If you are unable to get a sufficient response from them directly, please don't hesitate to contact us at:
